After experiencing several issues in their relationship, the former couple joined the cast of 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 in an attempt to save their marriage.

During the season, Jasmine claimed that they were in a sexless marriage. While she didn’t want to end her marriage to Gino, she proposed that they begin an open marriage. He was initially against the idea, though eventually agreed to the arrangement and explained he feared that Jasmine would leave him otherwise.

Jasmine quickly introduced fans to Matt, whom she met at a gym in Michigan. They began to date while she was still married to Gino, and she confirmed she was pregnant with their first child together in February 2025.

Despite raising their daughter together, Jasmine revealed that she and Matt were just friends with benefits.
