Jersey Shore’s Angelina Pivarnick Details Emotional Miscarriage After ‘Fairy Tale’ Pregnancy

Just weeks after celebrating what she believed was a miracle pregnancy, Angelina Pivarnick revealed she suffered a miscarriage.

The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star, 39, shared the heartbreaking news during the Thursday, May 28, episode of the MTV reality series after previously opening up about her fertility struggles.

During a confessional, Pivarnick said, “I’m just not feeling myself. Some stuff’s happening with me and my pregnancy and I don’t know what’s going on and I don’t even know what to do.”

She then turned to her costar, Sammi Giancola, who was also pregnant at the time. Pivarnick explained that she was “spotting” and the bleeding was enough for her to wear “a pad.”

Those details alarmed Giancola, 39, because she had previously suffered a miscarriage and had similar symptoms.

“I’m going to be honest with you, when I miscarried – like a chemical pregnancy – I was spotting right away, and then it, like, just, it happened,” Giancola said. “So to me, I’m getting a little concerned for you. I don’t want to think the worst, but for your own peace of mind, go to the ER and just check. They can see what’s going on.”

In a preview for next week’s episode, Pivarnick confirmed what she had been dreading.

“I woke up in the middle of the night,” she confessed. “I’m actively miscarrying.”

As In Touch previously reported, the Staten Island native announced she was pregnant during the May 14 episode which was filmed in March 2025.

“There’s no way that it just happened naturally. There’s no sperm donor now,” Pivarnick said at the time, becoming emotional at the news. “I did not think I was able to get pregnant, but, wow, I’m … pregnant. This could be a great thing. This could be my fairy tale, my path, my baby.”

That same night the reality star posted a message on X, writing, “I’m pregnant !!!! #jsfamilyvacation.”

However, since then, Pivarnick has shared no new updates.
