90 Day Fiancé star Jasmine Pineda shared the birth story for baby No. 3, daughter Matilda, whom she welcomed with boyfriend Matthew “Matt” Branistareanu last month.

“I was terrified of giving birth in a foreign country – with no family by my side except from my daughter’s father,” Jasmine, 38, wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, April 16, alongside a photo where she could be seen very pregnant and hugging the father of her baby, Matthew, before the delivery.

“I made up my mind to have an unmedicated, natural birth once my obgyn gave me the green light to do so,” she explained. “I came across with @indueseason_birth and I knew immediately it was the right place to bring my daughter to the world.”

Only one week after making the arrangements for the natural birth, the 90 Day Fiancé alum said her daughter “decided it was time for her to make her big entrance in this world.”

“I endured 5 hours of pain during labor, but it was worth every minute to hold my sweet angel in my arms. And just like that, I feel the most powerful woman ever after birthing her!” she wrote. “There’s nothing I will change about this wonderful experience. It’s a memory I will always cherish in my heart and friendly reminder of how strong and loving we, women, are!”

She went on to specifically thank Matt, 37, who was “supporting her in every contraction,” and revealed the baby girl’s birthday as March 21st.

The due date of Jasmine’s baby had been something very contested by fans as some accused the 90 Day: The Last Resort star of already being pregnant during filming, which concluded in April 2024. At the time, she and Gino Palazzolo had just recommitted to their marriage after the Michigan native, 56, agreed to open their relationship.

By the time Gino and Jasmine reunited to film the tell-all special months later, Gino confirmed their relationship was over — and Jasmine appeared at the special with a noticeable baby bump.

“Normally I come in here and I have good news for you, but today I don’t. Because Jasmine and I, we separated,” the Michigan native told host Shaun Robinson during the episode, which was filmed in January 2025.

After the episode aired on March 31, Jasmine laid out the timeline of her pregnancy in a reply to a fan who said, “I assume the tell-all was filmed a few months ago, but you look as pregnant then as you are now. Did you already have the baby?”

“Last Resort was filmed a year ago (March 23rd, 2024) and I was not pregnant,” the TLC personality wrote via Instagram on March 26. “Between the Sheets was filmed from August to December of 2024. The scenes where I look pregnant were from December 2024 because I was pregnant.”

In Touch exclusively confirmed that Jasmine was expecting her third child on January 6, with sources revealing at the time that her husband of two years was not the father. “Almost certain it’s the Matt guy,” an insider confirmed to In Touch on January 6, alluding to Matthew.
