According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Friday, April 3, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 47, has to complete therapy before she’s allowed to see her younger children — Kroy Jr., 14, Kash, 13, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12.
Biermann, 40, adopted Zolciak’s older daughters Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 24, in 2013.
The Georgia judge ruled that the former Atlanta Falcons player would have custody of the children beginning on April 3 and he would remain as the sole custodian until Zolciak completed four parent therapy sessions. The earliest she can regain custody will be on April 13.
As In Touch previously reported, Biermann alleged that the “Tardy for the Party” singer had committed “fraud and deceit” during their temporary joint custody agreement when she traveled out of the country, per TMZ. He claimed that Zolciak missed multiple days she was supposed to have her kids between February 26 and March 29.

Biermann also claimed that one of the children was bitten by a dog while in Zolciak’s care and that she wasn’t following their previously agreed upon terms regarding therapy.
The reality TV star later claimed to TMZ that Biermann was trying to smear her reputation.
“These accusations are completely false and nothing more than a deliberate attempt by Kroy to defame my character,” Zolciak told the outlet on March 30. “I spent five weeks away working on two TV shows to support my family and make sure my children are cared for—something I will never apologize for.”
“I refuse to be bullied or have lies twisted into a narrative about who I am,” she added. “I will not stay silent, the truth is on my side, and it will come to light — no matter how hard anyone tries to bury it.”
