Kim Zolciak is sharing her side of the story after her ex-husband, Kroy Biermann, filed for sole custody of their four children.
On Monday, March 30, TMZ obtained court documents that show the retired NFL linebacker, 40, asked the court to stop the joint custody arrangement he has with the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 47, and award him sole custody of their four children: Kroy Jr., 14, Kash, 13, and 12-year-old twins Kaia and Kane.
Biermann claimed, “the facts surrounding [Kim’s] misguided parenting of the children, lack thereof, and blatant mismanagement of basic parenting responsibilities would be practically unbelievable to anyone not familiar with the circumstances.”

In the court documents, the former Atlanta Falcons player alleged the reality TV star committed “fraud and deceit” with their temporary joint custody agreement, per TMZ.
Biermann alleged that Zolciak had been out of the country and was only present for one of her parenting days between February 26 and March 29. He also claimed one of their children got bitten by a dog on Zolciak’s night and that she wasn’t following the terms of the therapy previously agreed on, according to the outlet.

However, Zolciak — who was married to Biermann from 2011 to 2023 — is defending herself, telling TMZ Biermann is simply trying to smear her.
“These accusations are completely false and nothing more than a deliberate attempt by Kroy to defame my character,” she insisted. “I spent five weeks away working on two TV shows to support my family and make sure my children are cared for—something I will never apologize for.”
“I refuse to be bullied or have lies twisted into a narrative about who I am,” she added. “I will not stay silent, the truth is on my side, and it will come to light — no matter how hard anyone tries to bury it.”
