Jenelle Evans flashed a cheeky smile in a new Instagram selfie she shared on Jan. 4 — and her new look sparked plastic surgery rumors amongst fans.

Though the reality star has never confirmed going under the knife, she previously talked with In Touch about her desires to get lip injections and said, “My lips have always been small. My mom's lips are small, my lips are small, my whole family — that's just how we are. And I just want a normal size. Just not small, not like Kylie [Jenner]'s overly big. Just normal."

The Teen Mom 2 star got fans talking as she showed off her bold brows and plump pout, and one fan wrote, “I think she had fillers in her lips and she’s playing around with some makeup.”

While another pointed out, “I hope none of the Teen Moms go as extreme [as] Farrah [Abraham] with plastic surgery.”

Back in September, Dr. Tasbasum Mir — who reportedly treated the MTV star — alleged the mom-of-two had fillers in her lips.
