Shia LaBeouf is apparently a noisy neighbor.
On Thursday, March 26, TMZ obtained a notice from the New Orleans Lawn Tennis Club sent to their members regarding a “new neighboring resident whose continued outbursts have affected the club environment.”
According to the outlet’s sources, the actor, 39, is the resident the club is referring to, and he is not a member.
TMZ reported that the former child star allegedly “sits on his porch across the street from one of the club’s exits and has random outbursts when interacting with members coming and going.” Additionally, the outlet reported that LaBeouf has offered to pay members if they play tennis with him and has interrupted their clinics.

The club assured that it is in communication with the New Orleans Police Department “to resolve this matter and ensure the continued tranquility of the club,” per TMZ. The notice also explained that gate access on Labeouf’s street will now be closed at times, according to the outlet.
As for what members themselves should do, the notice reportedly said they should try to ignore the resident and report major incidents to management.
As In Touch previously reported, LaBeouf was arrested on misdemeanor counts of battery in February following a Mardi Gras brawl in New Orleans, where he allegedly made homophobic slurs. He subsequently sat down for an interview with Channel 5 News, where he revealed he is not sober and discussed the altercation.

“When I’m like, standing by myself and three gay dudes are next to me touching my leg, I get scared. I’m sorry. If that’s homophobic, then I’m that,” he confessed.
Meanwhile, a source told In Touch on March 24, “there’s serious concern about his finances because he’s hemorrhaging money and at the same time, he’s damaging his reputation to the point where he may not be able to pull back.”
