New photos of New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel and former NFL reporter Dianna Russini show the pair having breakfast together during their getaway in Sedona, Arizona.
In images obtained by PageSix and dated March 28, the pair is seen dining together at the Ambiente resort. Sources told the outlet that Russini, 43, and Vrabel, 50, “dined alone.”
However, sources close to Russini claimed they were “joined by a group of friends,” Page Six reported on Wednesday, April 22.
The latest photo drop comes weeks after photos emerged of the two holding hands and hugging while at the same resort.
As In Touch previously reported, Patriots owner Robert Kraft attempted to have the story killed before the photos were published earlier this month.
“Robert Kraft intervened and had his honchos pressure The Post before they published and tried to kill the story,” a source exclusively told InTouch on Friday, April 17. “ThePost gave Vrabel a longer time to respond than what is considered industry norms, and Kraft took advantage of that extended timeframe to put pressure on the reporter and the newspaper. A notorious crisis strategist made the call but was unsuccessful in neutering the story.”

Despite maintaining that the relationship is strictly platonic, Russini ultimately resigned from her head NFL reporter role at The Athletic. Vrabel claimed the photos showed a “completely innocent interaction” before he addressed the media on Tuesday.
“In order to be successful on and off the field, you have to make good decisions. That includes me, that starts with me,” he said during a press conference. “We never want our actions to negatively affect the team. We never want to be the cause of distraction.”
