Elliot Page is proud of his progress, and his chiseled abs are doing the talking.
The 39-year-old Juno actor, who came out as trans in December 2020 in a liberating statement on Instagram, showed off his sculpted frame in a shirtless photo with his trainer, giving fans a closer look at his fitness routine.

“I’ve been incredibly fortunate to train with [Coach Nolan],” Page wrote on Monday, June 29, with a carousel of photos and boxing videos.
Praising his trainer, the actor added, “He’s a brilliant teacher, not just in the way he breaks down complex movements, but also in his strategic understanding of boxing and his thoughtful approach to the psychological side of the sport.”
The Umbrella Academy star also called the training “an essential part” of his life, but added a playful warning for his fans.

“Just be warned, you may end up getting as hooked as I am,” he wrote.
Fans were quick to shower the actor with praise for his hard work.
One commenter wrote, “BRUHHHHH ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS 6 PACK WHAT THE HELL,” while others marveled at his physique with messages like “Those abs go crazzzzzzyyy” and “You are SHREDDED!!!”
One commenter tied the moment to something bigger. “Amazing! I had no idea you boxed. We need more LGBTQIA + people representing! It’s been a game changer for me,” a fan wrote.

Stand By Me actor Jerry O’Connell also joined the fan club. “I gotta unfreeze my gym account. EP, you are RIPPED,” he commented.
For Page, going shirtless represents more than a fitness milestone. The actor has spoken candidly about the journey he took to feel comfortable in his own body.
After undergoing top surgery, Page shared a shirtless selfie in 2023 and shared, “Dysphoria used to be especially rife in the summer. No layers, just a T-shirt – or layers and oh so sweaty – constantly looking down, readjusting my oversized T. It feels so [expletive] good soaking in the sun now,” he wrote.
Calling it #TransJoy, the LGBTQ rights activist added, “I never thought I could experience this, the joy I feel in my body. I am so grateful for what gender affirming care has allowed me and I look forward to sharing more of my journey soon. #transjoy.”
Even on the move, Page makes sure boxing stays part of his schedule.
He told GQ in September 2023 that he relies on virtual workouts while traveling. “I like to bring my Quest VR, because that’s how I work out,” he said. “I bring that with me so then when I’m in a hotel, I can do it pretty much anywhere as long as there’s WiFi.”
