Timothée Chalamet is living the high life — and seems to have no plans of slowing down.
After the Marty Supreme star, 30, promoted his new ad with betting company Kalshi earlier this month on Instagram, fans and followers didn’t seem super supportive of Kylie Jenner‘s boyfriend and his latest brand deal.
“Had to pay for those knicks courtside tickets somehow,” one person commented, referring to the diehard New York Knicks fan’s recent outings to multiple basketball games before the team was crowned NBA champs.
“Starting to think this was always him and the Call Me By Your Name persona was just an act,” another wrote, while one simply said: “broooooooo have some morals.”
A Thursday, June 25, report in journalist Rob Shuter‘s Naughty But Nice Substack claims that Chalamet’s latest gig isn’t so shocking to those who know him best.
“Timothée didn’t change,” a source said. “People are finally seeing who he’s always been.”

Though Chalamet had breakout success in the 2017 film Call Me by Your Name, about a teenager learning about himself and his sexuality, being a “tortured artist” type “was never Timothée,” an insider told Shuter.
Instead, a second source claimed, Chalamet always planned on being a big “movie star,” adding: “He loves acting, but he also loves attention, big paychecks, courtside seats, and beautiful women.”
Following his early days on film, Chalamet has now become one of the most in-demand actors in Hollywood, starring in Dune, Wonka, Dune: Part Two, A Complete Unknown and Marty Supreme, among others. He’s also dating one of the most famous millionaires in the world.
“The audience is finally catching up,” said a third source. “He’s exactly who he’s always been.”
Chalamet has been romantically linked to the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum, 28, since early 2023. The two have been going strong ever since and even attended this year’s Academy Awards together.
