After ten years of marriage, the “Save Me” singer, 41, filed for divorce from the podcast host, 46, in Williamson County, Tennessee on May 18. Within the court records, the two split due to irreconcilable differences.
Just days after the news broke, Bunnie, whose real name Alisa DeFord, spent her Saturday night out on the town with some of her closest friends. On her Instagram, she appeared to be dancing the night away and attending what appeared to be a boxing match.
Within the spread posted to her account, she donned a plunging black crop top and high-waisted plaid pants. She completed the look with a pair of leather pointed-toe boots.
The host captioned the post, “So in love w/ these women,” followed by a bandaged heart emoji.
Bunnie’s outing came shortly after she released an episode of her “Dumb Blonde” podcast to unpack her divorce to Jelly Roll. She detailed how their relationship had changed over the course of 10 years from just “two kids who had a dream” to who they are today.
The host mentioned her husband has already stepped back into the dating scene while the chances of her in another marriage are non-existent.
“Your girl is not going to ever be in another relationship,” she stated.
The host plans to embrace the “player” lifestyle, joking, “Let’s do this baby. Put me in coach.”
Bunnie and Jelly Roll first met backstage at a concert in August 2015. Their connection hadn’t turned romantic until the following summer. The two had only been dating for a month before they got married in Las Vegas.
Despite their split, she still calls the country star her “best friend,” describing their decade together as the “coolest time of my life.”
