‘Trainspotting’ Star Jonny Lee Miller, 53, Looks Unrecognizable as He Changes Up His Look in New Photo

Actor Jonny Lee Miller switched up his appearance recently.

On Father’s Day, the Trainspotting star, 53, shared a sweet snap on Instagram with his 17-year-old son, Buster, whom he shares with ex-wife Michele Hicks. The picture was seemingly taken at a concert as the father-son duo wrap their arms around each other and smile at the camera.

The Eli Stone alum — who was famously married to Angelina Jolie from 1996 to 1999 — appeared unrecognizable, sporting a bushy grey mustache and a full head of hair, and donning a pair of shades, jeans, and a khaki-colored jacket.

“The greatest thing that ever happened to me,” the Hackers star captioned his post.

In May, the Daily Mail reported that Miller had found love again with pilates instructor Manuela Diago, and that the pair had been dating since at least June 2025. The couple traveled to Malta in March, as Manuela included a photo of him from behind in her Instagram post.

Diago, 27, posted a video on Instagram earlier this week with Miller, in which he looks completely different from the photo he shared on Father’s Day. In the video, the Elementary actor appears clean-shaven and has shorter hair.

In a 2024 interview with The Guardian, Miller — who mainly resides in New York and is a volunteer firefighter — shared his hopes for the next few years.

“I don’t live extravagantly and I’d like to be able to make enough money acting so that I can be a firefighter and a parent as much as possible,” he explained. “My child is everything to me. And I don’t need to work for the sake of it, so the less work I do, the more I can put into it. My dream is to not be on everyone’s screens too much, but to make it good when I am.”
