Kim Kardashian isn’t happy with Kanye West. The Skims founder and her “entire family” are “absolutely livid” as new allegations about her ex-husband’s “sexual kinks” emerge in a lawsuit filed by a former Yeezy employee, an insider exclusively tells In Touch.

“[Kim] has tried her best to maintain a healthy coparenting relationship with Kanye, but it’s taking everything in her not to speak out right now,” the source says.

Kim, 44, and Ye, 47, share four children — North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm — and have been coparenting since their 2021 split.

Tensions are clearly rising for the couple after West’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, filed a lawsuit on October 11, accusing the “Can’t Tell Me Nothing” rapper of sexual assault during a studio session cohosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs. Pisciotta worked for the Chicago native from 2021 to 2022 and claimed that she was the victim of “sexual battery” at the Grammy winner’s hand after drinking something he gave to her that had allegedly been laced.

In addition, Pisciotta made several shocking claims — including that Ye had a “kink” for sleeping with his partners’ moms. In the filing, Lauren claimed that Ye allegedly told his wife Bianca Censori that he wanted to have sex with her mother, but Bianca, 29, didn’t approve, according to Daily Mail.

Bianca’s mom, Alexandra Censori, addressed the claims directly and told the outlet on October 14 that she “wouldn’t be drawn into the latest claims about her son-in-law” before requesting privacy.

The complaint came as an amendment to a previous lawsuit where Pisciotta alleged that she was a victim of wrongful termination. West’s lawyers denied the accusations and in response claimed that Pisciotta had pursued “him sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits.” When Pisciotta’s “advances were rejected,” West alleged that she then tried to “blackmail him,” according to a report from Us Weekly published on October 13.

“In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta,” the statement from West’s lawyers read. “Prior to her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved.”

The lawsuit against the Yeezy founder comes amid Diddy’s legal woes following his arrest on September 16. The “Last Night” artist, 54, was charged with sex trafficking and racketeering and is facing a long list of accusations, including allegations of manipulating and luring women to participate in “Freak Offs,” which were organized events involving sexual activities with female victims and male commercial sex workers. Diddy “arranged, directed, masturbated during” and often filmed the sexual performances, according to the charges against him.

“To do so, [Diddy] relied on the employees, resources and influence of the multi-faceted business empire that he led and controlled — creating a criminal enterprise whose members and associates engaged in, and attempted to engage in, among other crimes, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice,” the legal documents read.

Diddy has maintained his innocence amid the allegations, with his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, stating to TMZ on September 17, “We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children, and working to uplift the Black community.”

On October 1, more allegations emerged against Diddy, accusing him of sexually assaulting 120 individuals, including minors at the time of the alleged incidents.

“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” Diddy’s attorney Erica Wolff told TMZ in a statement at the time. “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
