Jennifer Aniston’s ‘Murder Mystery’ Co-Star Wanted To Ask Her Out But Was Intimidated By Her Ex-Husbands

Who wouldn’t be flustered by Jennifer Aniston? She’s beautiful, funny, and has dated some of the most handsome actors in the world. Well, apparently her Murder Mystery co-star David Walliams feels the exact same way.

“She is a dream. I was so starstruck because she’s so, so famous,” the actor revealed to Heat magazine. “I was like, ‘Oh my God, it’s Jennifer Aniston. What do I say to her?’ But she’s so charming and lovely.”

David’s friends were hoping that he could be Jennifer’s new beau, but the 47-year-old quickly revealed why he is not good enough for the Friends alum.

“Some of my friends were saying, ‘You should go out with her,’ but I think it would be a bit of a comedown from Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux. I wouldn’t wish that on her,” the actor joked. David and his former wife, Lara Stone, split in 2015 after five years together and share son, Alfred.

Even though Jen’s marriages didn’t last, she has no regrets about her time with her former husbands. “My marriages, they’ve been very successful, in [my] personal opinion. And when they came to an end, it was a choice that was made because we chose to be happy, and sometimes happiness didn’t exist within that arrangement anymore,” she revealed to Elle magazine. “Sure, there were bumps, and not every moment felt fantastic, obviously, but at the end of it, this is our one life and I would not stay in a situation out of fear. Fear of being alone. Fear of not being able to survive.”

She admitted, “To stay in a marriage based on fear feels like you’re doing your own life a disservice. When the work has been put in and it doesn’t seem that there’s an option of it working, that’s OK. That’s not a failure.”

Jen, we love that you’re such an ~independent~ women, but maybe your new man is right in front of you. *Cough, David, cough*
