“She’s made a huge effort to be more present for him, to check in more,” says the source. “She has a very full life but after what happened to Matthew and losing him that way, she’s extra sensitive to making sure she doesn’t drop the ball on anyone in her life.”
To that end, Aniston, 57, has even helped get LeBlanc’s career back on track.
The former Friends costars recently reunited for a Super Bowl commercial for Dunkin’ opposite Ben Affleck, Tom Brady, Jason Alexander and more.

“Jen would never take credit for it but she helped nudge Matt,” reveals the source. “She knows there’s a huge demand for him, he is such a talented guy, but he’s not the type to really push for things.”
Before the now-viral Dunkin’ spot premiered on Super Bowl Sunday, LeBlanc, 58, hadn’t starred in anything since his CBS sitcom, Man with a Plan, ended in 2020.
“She put the word out that he’s ready for a new project so he’s got all kinds of offers coming in,” says the source. “He’s very picky so it’s a matter of him choosing something he wants to do, but the fact that he’s open to something new is being seen as a real win by Jen and all his other friends.”
