Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie’s Kids Will Be A Deciding Factor In Their Custody Battle (EXCLUSIVE)

It’s all about the kids! Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are heading to court next month and their six children will get the opportunity to have their voices heard. Sources tell In Touch magazine exclusively that Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, as well as twins Knox and Vivienne will be a deciding factor in Brad and Angelina’s custody battle.
“Brad would rather come to an out-of-court settlement, but it’s not looking good because of Angelina’s stance on getting primary physical custody,” multiple insiders tell In Touch magazine exclusively. After she first filed for divorce in 2016, Angelina, 43, requested full physical custody of the kids for “the health of the family.” Brad’s now hoping that giving the children the chance to speak on Dec. 4 will prove they do have a positive relationship. “Thankfully, the kids’ testimony about Brad will weigh heavily in the judge’s decision to give Brad custody,” according to the sources.
Despite their contentious split, Brad, 54, is making sure the kids don’t “trash talk” their mother. This court hearing “is all about them wanting to see their dad — these kids love both their parents. It’s as simple as that,” one insider noted to In Touch magazine. On the plus side, the actor currently resides in a Los Feliz neighborhood that is minutes away from Angelina’s home, so the kids don’t have to travel very far when visiting the other parent. However, things may get especially tricky for the former flames when it comes to deciding where the kids go for the upcoming holidays.
“Angelina likes to hold all the cards, but Brad is intent on having the kids with him for Thanksgiving as well as his birthday [on Dec. 18] and again at Christmas,” a source tells In Touch magazine. The Maleficent actress loves to take the kids away for the holidays, as she previously took them to NYC in December 2017. The source added: “Brad may be winning the custody war, but Angie is determined to get her way — and to stick it to Brad over the holidays.” Hopefully, everything works out for the best!
