You go, girl! Despite making the announcement in January that she’d be leaving Little Women: LA after six seasons, Briana Renee is doing just fine. As fans of the show sadly remember, the mother-of-two took to Instagram on January 25 to let her viewers down gently. "TY for all the love! It's true that I have chosen to not make a return to LWLA," she wrote. "I will continue to focus on my kids, health, and my music career. I am grateful for such an experience!"

While her explanation for leaving the reality series holds true to this day, people speculate that her reasons went way deeper. Briana’s announcement came just weeks after she filed for divorce from her husband Matt Grundhoffer after three years of marriage.

In December, Briana was granted a restraining order against Matt, alleging verbal abuse and death threats. According to TMZ, the 35-year-old knew she would be filing for a divorce and didn't want it to play out on camera — which is why she left.

Nowadays, judging by her Instagram, Briana is living her best life! In-between posting adorable snapshots of her two children — Leiana and Maverick — the former reality star loves sharing both her musical and fitness journeys with fans. Earlier this month, Briana boasted about her new, healthy lifestyle. “I’ve been gluten and dairy free for going on 3 weeks now,” she wrote. “And I feel better than ever!” In addition, her hit single "Cage" has reached 115k views on YouTube — an impressive feat for someone tackling the music industry on their own.

Overall, it seems as though Briana's decision to part from the Lifetime series that catapulted her into fame was a positive decision. She’s managed to focus on family, music, and health in the four months since — which is exactly what she promised to fans before her departure. Good for her!

Be sure to catch the next episode of Little Women: LA, airing Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on Lifetime.
