New ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Jade Cline Shares Heartbreaking Post About Her Grandmother’s Cancer Diagnosis

This is so sad. Jade Cline recently shared some devastating news with fans on Instagram. “Please send prayers for our mamaw. She’s been diagnosed with lung cancer and our family can’t be more hurt,” the newly minted Teen Mom 2 star, 21, revealed on Tuesday, July 9.

“She is such a phenomenal woman and amazing role model, me and Klo need her around for many more years,” she expressed, referring to her beautiful daughter, Kloie, 21 months, whom she shares with ex Sean Austin. Of course, within minutes, Jade’s followers began to flood the photos of her grandmother.

“Praying for her and for you. My mom also has Stage 4 lung cancer, so I totally know what you guys are going through,” one kind user commented. “Prayers for you and your family, boo. I know that you are a strong woman and sometimes, it’s hard to keep composed. Just know that I am here if you need me and I really hope that everything turns out to be OK and that she heals and you have a lot more time with her. Love you,” echoed another. 

“Sending prayers and love! Grandmas are the best and give the purest love!” a third person chimed in. Considering Jade’s admittedly rocky relationship with her parents, it’s clear that her mawma has always been an important person in her life. “In my new season, actually both of my parents were just incarcerated,” she revealed in a segment that aired as part of the Teen Mom 2 after show.

“They’ve been strung out for so long,” she continued. “They’re binge-addicts, where they’ll binge and then they’ll be OK for a little while. … And then it’s like a fairy tale for like a month; I have my mom back. … It’s how it always is.”
