Meghan King Edmonds Smiles in ‘Raw’ Selfie After Split, Reacts to Jim’s Cheating Allegations

She’s doing OK. Real Housewives of Orange County alum Meghan King Edmonds posted a new, smiling selfie on Instagram on October 25 — mere hours after her split from husband Jim Edmonds became public. Plus, she even commented on Jim’s cheating allegations with their nanny.

“So raw 👆🏼,” the 35-year-old captioned the no-makeup photo, seemingly taken in her pajamas on the bathroom floor. Needless to say, fans and followers flocked to the comments section to share their thoughts on the bombshell breakup.

In fact, one follower had done some sleuthing, too. “Judging by Jim’s Instagram, I’m guessing it’s [the] nanny whom he posted NINE photos of 11 months ago,” the fan dished. “And she has deleted her IG. 🤔” As if that comment wasn’t crazy enough, Meg actually replied to the fan post with a thumbs up emoji.

Some of her Bravo TV family also commented on the powerful post. “Big hugs 🤗You are a strong woman Megs,” current RHOC star Tamra Judge wrote. “Love you.” Cast member Braunwyn Windham-Burke also commented, “You’re an amazing mom and one of the strongest women I’ve met, you have an entire community behind you ❤️.” Chrisley Knows Best star Todd Chrisley shared a few words of encouragement, too. “Love you sister, you’ve got this,” he said.

Jim, 49, filed for divorce on October 25, after an allegedly heated argument. “Meghan and Jim have been fighting. The latest fight began when he went to a recent hockey game and she began interrogating him about who he went with,” an insider told Us Weekly. The police were, in fact, called but deemed it a verbal dispute and no arrests were made.

The confrontation that took place on October 25 was allegedly between Jim, Meghan and their longtime employee. “The nanny is someone who has worked for them for years and is like family,” a source told the outlet. The couple has four nannies, as well as one who lives with them full-time. According to the source, both Jim and the nanny denied the allegations.

The breakup comes months after the former MLB player admitted that he “engaged in an inappropriate conversation” with another woman back in June. Jim had said the transgression didn’t go any further than texting, but it clearly created a rift that has lead to a crack in their marriage.
