According to a new report, the reality star — who shed a remarkable 300 pounds over the last few years — is interested in making a workout video. Learn more about the project in the video below!
Mama June spoke to Life & Style about how she’s managed to keep the weight off. “I just watch my portions and cut back on a lot of the carbs,” she shared. “The one thing that I cannot live without is my grapes and cheese.”
The 38-year-old also revealed whether she’d ever pose naked for Playboy now that she’s lost more than half her size. “Hell no! I think there comes a point where you just draw the line. I am still the same June that everyone knows and loves,” she revealed. “I mean I’m not going to change and go buck wild… Hell no.”
A bikini, Daisy Dukes, or a crop top are also out of the question! “I am still very conservative,” the mother-of-four admitted, though her trainer, Kenya Crooks, would love to see her rock a pair of short shorts! “Thick thighs save lives. We can make that thing happen. I can do it!” he confidently said.
