Uh oh. Lamar Odom revealed that his ex-wife, Khloé Kardashian, reached out to him recently about his new memoir, Darkness to Light.
“She sent me a text yesterday,” the 39-year-old said during an appearance on Sirius XM’s The Jenny McCarthy Show on Wednesday, May 29. “She talked about one of the stories that I told in the book about her coming to the hotel and putting her hands on a girl. She said that she didn’t even think that I remembered that story.” The basketball player kept mum on what the 34-year-old wrote, but he said it was a “friendly” message.
The dad of two shared the juicy details in his new book, claiming that the blonde beauty once beat up his stripper mistress back in 2012 at the Hotel Roosevelt. At the time, Lamar was on drugs such as cocaine and marijuana and was surrounded by several women. Khloé and her mom, Kris Jenner, along with their security guards “bulldozed” into the room where they were “naked girls everywhere.”

“[She] opened the door and pounced on the first girl she saw. Khloé’s beating the s–t out of one of the girls who tried to protest. She’s dropping vicious blows all over the top of this girl’s head,” he wrote.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time the New York native was unfaithful to his lady. “I had broken my vows with Khloé so many times, it’s just impossible for me to remember them all,” he confessed. “I don’t know why Khloé stayed with me.”
The Good American designer married Lamar in September 2009 after they dated for one month. However, things didn’t work out since the KUWTK starlet filed for divorce in December 2013, but following the news of his near-fatal overdose in October 2015, she decided to withdraw the papers. Ultimately, Koko filed for divorce a second time in May 2016.
The Khloé & Lamar alum admitted that he didn’t give anyone in the Kardashian family a heads-up about his book. “I didn’t really, which I probably should have, but there’s not one bash in there about her or her family at all,” Lamar told Us Weekly on May 28. “I mean, you probably couldn’t pay me to [bash her] because that would be lying. I wouldn’t do that at all.”

So, is there a reconciliation in the works? “I wake up every day hoping that way, but you are going to have to ask her,” he said when Jenny McCarthy asked him he saw a future with the Revenge Body host.
Here’s to hoping, right?
