Mady Gosselin Shares Video With Siblings ‘Stuck in the House’ Amid Coronavirus Pandemic

Sibling bonding! Kate Plus 8 alum Mady Gosselin took to TikTok for some entertainment while she is social distancing at home with her family amid the coronavirus pandemic. She recruited two of her seven siblings — Joel and Alexis — to help cure her boredom.

“Stuck in the house. What are we supposed to do?” the 19-year-old captioned the video shared on Saturday, March 21. In the clip, the three can be seen getting silly behind the camera to the tune of the Nintendo Wii theme song.

Fans were thrilled to see Mady hanging out with her younger siblings and gushed over how mature Joel and Alexis look. “Why do I feel like a proud auntie watching y’all so grown-up?” one user wrote with a pleading eyes emoji. “How are they 15? I’m CRYING I’ve watched since they were born,” another added. “Legends! And Wii music 10/10!” a third chimed in.

Mady, who is the oldest of the eight along with her twin sister Cara, kept the TikTok fun going for a few more videos. She and Alexis lip-synced to “What I Was Born To Do” from Bring It On the Musical. “Just little sister things,” she captioned the clip with a smiley face. In another video, the older sister tried to show Alexis the ropes during her first TikTok experience and missed a few steps. “When you only have one sibling that wants to make TikToks with you but she doesn’t know how to do it,” Mady jokingly captioned the video.

The college freshman is daughter to reality TV stars Jon and Kate Gosselin. The former couple are also parents to Aaden and Leah, 15, who reside with their mother, and Collin and Hannah, 15, whom Jon has full custody of.

Since Mady left for college in fall 2019, she has been using her social media presence to try to distance herself from the Gosselin name. “Kate and Mady are on a lot better terms. Going away to college has actually made them closer. They love each other, but Mady wouldn’t mind if her mom didn’t comment on her social media posts, only because she wants her own identity,” an insider told In Touch exclusively in December 2019. “She doesn’t want to be associated with the reality show and her parents’ drama.”

Although Mady wants her space, her family is still very important to her. She even included Kate in one of her TikToks. “When you’re home for [six] months because of the coronavirus and you and your mom are going to fight,” she captioned the video on March 13. Looks like things are off to a great start!
