She’s Back! Kate Gosselin Finally Returns to Instagram Following November Custody Battle

She’s been silent on social media for the last few months, but now she’s back! Kate Gosselin has officially made her return to Instagram following her November custody battle with ex-husband Jon Gosselin. Though they’ve been feuding for years, the parents reportedly needed a guardian to step in after they couldn’t stop butting heads, and things heated up even further. Her fans totally got it, offering all kinds of sympathy in the comments. “Hated Science Fair time. The worst!!!” wrote one, with another joking, “Next year’s project: How many more wrinkles did my mom get during this year’s science fair project?” Though one follower accused Kate of “always complaining,” another snapped back, “Grow up. Any parent who has gone through Science Fair has said far worse.”

What we can’t help but wonder, though, is why science projects kept her off social media for nearly two months. Sure, we get that she’s probably helping four kids do them at once, but, uh, we’re fairly certain that there was a winter break somewhere in there. Then again, maybe she just didn’t feel like posting while all the drama was going on — especially while Jon was more than happy to flaunt his Christmas celebrations with Collin and Hannah. That’s likely exactly why the mom-of-eight had kept to herself, and one hater was more than happy to point it out. “Well, you have two less kids now to take care off with Jon having Collin and Hannah.” Ouch.
