Kate Gosselin’s ‘Biggest Fear’ Is Her ‘Kids Turning Against Her’ As Hannah and Collin Live With Jon
Across enemy lines. Now that Jon Gosselin has sole physical custody of both Hannah and Collin, 15, Kate Gosselin is worried about her relationship with the two of her six sextuplets. Since the 44-year-old’s ex has publicly shamed the mom of eight, she is frightened for what is to come, an insider told In Touch exclusively.
“Everyone knows her relationship with Collin is fractured, but why is she not fighting to get Hannah back under roof? That’s the big question. That’s Kate’s biggest fear — her kids turning against her. But by the looks of it, two already have, and who knows what Jon is planning.”
Another source told In Touch that friends say Kate’s “afraid that Jon now that his gag order has been lifted, might be up to something.” Adding, “She’s afraid that Jon might get another show, which he’s been pushing for, and that Hannah and Collin might start talking. About what? Kate says she doesn’t know, but of course she does.”
It seems like Kate has reason to worry as Jon, 42, has made some strong allegations when it comes to her and Collin. Jon claimed that Kate sent Collin to a special needs institution in Philadelphia for three years in an interview with DailyMailTV. The former reality star said that Collin was never diagnosed with any medical conditions other than common ADHD. As a result, Collin is left with PTSD and a tainted relationship with his mother. After Jon won custody of Collin back in December 2018, Kate has made no effort to stay in contact with her son, a source told Radar Online.
As for Hannah, she asserted she’s happier at her father’s house. She recently decided to sit out a trip with her mom on Kate Plus 8. “Hannah … it was sad for us because … you know, they’re getting older, and they’re making different choices, and they’re doing different things,” Kate said in a confessional on the show. “And she opted to stay back with her dad, actually. Which again, you know, her choice. Whatever. It’s not optimal for Mom. But it’s something that I support. And you know, we just, adjust and move on.” Jon has also alleged that Kate has “mentally abused and alienated” Hannah.
Since the former flames split in 2009, Jon has remained tight-lipped due to a decade-long gag order. Now that it has been lifted, Jon is on a mission for America “find out the truth about Kate.” In the explosive interview with DailyMailTV, the dad of eight let out his wrath on his ex-wife. “Kate is not doing the shows for her family, Kate is doing it for herself,” he said on camera. “She’s narcissistic and selfish.
