Jessica Simpson appears to be rethinking her decision to unload her L.A. mansion and has pulled the pad from the market, In Touch can exclusively report.
According to real estate records, Jessica, 44, unlisted her seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom, 13,274 square-foot home in Hidden Hills, California, on August 2.
Other celebrities who live nearby or used to own property in the area include Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Drake and Will Smith.
Jessica originally listed the property on September 19, 2023, for $22 million.
The pop star purchased the home for $11,500,000 in 2013 from Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne.

The property listing described the home as a “sophisticated Cape Cod inspired estate located atop an intimate cul-de-sac.”
The real estate agent said the home was “reimagined” by the legendary interior designer Martyn Lawrence-Bullard.
The home features a”dramatic foyer with spiral staircase and floor to ceiling windows and an expansive lower level studio/home theater space.”
“A brilliant state-of-the art chef’s kitchen feat. Wolf appliances, center-island, and cozy breakfast nook,” the listing read. “The family room is highlighted by oversized sliding barn doors, reclaimed brick fireplace and beamed vaulted ceilings.”

Last year, Jessica revealed that her family had temporarily relocated from Los Angeles to Nashville. The singer told E! News that she had been enjoying the quiet life in Tennessee compared to the hustle and bustle in California.
Jessica said her husband, Eric Johnson, and their children, Maxwell, Ace and Birdie, rented a home for the summer. “Being in Nashville, even my kids are like, ‘You laugh the whole time. You’re so happy,'” she said at the time. “It’s because I’m not on guard.”
She added, “I’m with a lot of like-minded people. It’s not about the celebrities—it’s really about the music and the heart and the conversation.”
Jessica said being a renter was a “hilarious” experience. “I used thumb tacks to hang these $40 curtains up so I wouldn’t wake up with the sun,” she said. “I put together a TV with a butter knife. I was looking for a screwdriver, but I went to the wrong place. I went to Walgreens, I got lip gloss instead.”
In July 2023, Jessica told Bustle she had been considering a move to Nashville to reboot her music career.

That November, Jessica teased an upcoming album and tour. She said she would be releasing new music in 2024. No album date has been set.
The singer’s last album, “Happy Christmas”, was released in 2010. In September, Jessica sparked concern for her marriage to Eric, 44, after she failed to post about his birthday on social media.
For his birthday in 2023, Jessica shared a photo of Eric on social media with the note, “Eric turned 44 on Sept 15 and his family gave him all the love cells we have to celebrate his life. My heart is so taken with this Man, I could hardly call it my own…. We love youuuu.”
The singer recently revealed she has been sober since October 2017 while responding to fan who told her to “STOP DRINKING” on social media.
“I haven’t wanted or touched alcohol since October 2017 and it has been the best decision I’ve made for myself and for my family,” she said. “Thank you for your concern, but you have me very misunderstood. Sending love your way.”
