Countess Vaughn Drops SIX Sizes, Flaunts Weight Loss After Liposuction
Looking good, Countess Vaughn.
The Hollywood Divas star impressively dropped down from a size 16 to a 10, and she’s not afraid to admit she had liposuction to help her with weight loss — she even took the reality show cameras with her for the procedure!
"I've always been honest about everything. I wanted to do a mommy makeover. I had done it after my oldest child. I really needed to just treat myself, and I'm happy about it!" she told People.

To keep the weight off, the 37-year-old mother has been sticking to a healthy eating and workout regimen.

“I'm very appreciative now that my body is responding to the workouts and the diet, so I just have to keep on moving,” she adds. “I feel better and I feel healthier."
