Footage of inside Nancy Guthrie’s bedroom has resurfaced from a 2013 segment her daughter Savannah Guthrie did on Today.
The clip, which was shared on The Megyn Kelly Show on Wednesday, March 11, was shot from inside Nancy’s Catalina Foothills home – the same house where she was abducted more than a month ago.
Savannah, 54, pointed out that her mom had already made her bed for the segment even though it was around 3 a.m. in Arizona at the time.
“Well, I think everybody needs to know how to make a bed,” Nancy, 84, said when Savannah asked her why that was an important skill to teach her. “So, when the time came to teach you guys how to make a bed, this is what I tried to teach you.”

Kelly, 55, speculated that Nancy’s abductors likely walked into the bedroom looking the same as it did in 2013.
“What’s interesting about that clip is you can see where she slept every night, and you can see exactly what this abductor must have walked into,” Kelly said. “Does anybody’s mother dramatically overhaul their, you know, bedroom when they’re in their 80s? 70s? I mean, that was what 13 years ago.”
The political commentator noted that Nancy’s bedroom had a large window, and that one of the ransom notes previously sent to TMZ “described something” in the room.
“Did those people behind that note see this segment?” Kelly wondered.

Nancy was last seen on January 31 when she was dropped off at her house by her daughter Annie Guthrie and son-in-law Tommaso Cioni. A friend notified the family when she didn’t show up to watch a streaming church service the following morning.
Since then, Savannah has made multiple pleas asking for her mom to be returned and the family has offered up to $1 million in reward money.
