“Gratitude, I think, means great attitude. Having a great attitude and be grateful for, like, great things that are happening in your life,” Jenny Chandler gushed in a long video posted on Instagram on Tuesday, May 19, in which she revealed how she’d “manifested” some “big things” in her life, like the “heaven on earth” home she now lives in with her embattled entertainment mogul fiancé.
“When God gives you something, his idea of what he wants to give you is so much greater than anything you could ever picture,” added the former flight attendant, who began her relationship with the LA Olympics chairman, 51, while he was still married.

Chandler frequently shows off parties she throws at the $47.5 million Beverly Hills mansion, along with videos from her lush backyard in which she discusses Bible studies and shares life lessons — including a May 20 post about how “everyone can relate” to losing multiple AirPods.
In Touch can exclusively report that Wasserman quietly bought the home in August 2025.
“The talk around town is how comically out of touch Wasserman and his fiancée are,” a source tells In Touch, noting that the recent masquerade party she threw for her friend’s 40th birthday recently likely costs hundreds of thousands of dollars.
“When he’s supposed to be leading with integrity for LA28 Olympics,” adds the source, “these egomaniacal and lavish antics, on top of the Epstein scandal and his sexually-charged emails with Ghislaine Maxwell, are the peak of hypocrisy.”
As In Touch previously reported, in the Department of Justice’s January 30 release of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein, Wasserman’s last name comes up more than 100 times by search.
The executive appeared to exchange questionable emails with Epstein’s accomplice Maxwell, who was found guilty in 2021 of child sex trafficking.
In one 2003 exchange, Maxwell gushed that she had been thinking about him “at inappropriate moments.” Wasserman replied, “I think of you all the time … So what do I have to do to see you in a tight leather outfit?”
At the time, Wasserman was married to Laura Ziffren, with whom he shares two children; the two divorced in 2021.
This wasn’t the first time Wasserman was embroiled in a scandal: In 2024, the Daily Mail revealed Chandler — who the outlet reported he has been publicly dating since 2023 — had sent an email to Ziffren in 2021, admitting to having an affair.
“Him and I have been together for 7 years which he’s lied to you about,” the outlet reported Chandler’s email as saying. “He f***ed me in your bed at Redford. And also robin. And also Cancun in the house. You should know all he’s done to you. Multiple ti[m]es on the plane with you in the back.”
In the same email, Chandler also claimed Wasserman had slept with other women.
As a result, Wasserman announced the sale of his titular company in February, but Page Six Hollywood reported on May 20 that insiders believe he may be sabotaging the sale in hopes that the scandal will eventually die down.
“He doesn’t really want to sell it,” one source told the outlet, “nor does he intend to sell it or intend not to be involved.”
