Tom Brady’s Stiff Gucci Runway Walk Has Model Ex-Wife Gisele Bundchen Amused

Tom Brady made his runway debut for Gucci on Saturday, May 16 — and his supermodel ex-wife had a front-row reaction of her own.

According to Rob Shuter‘s Naughty But Nice Substack, Gisele Bündchen watched the now-viral clips of Brady, 48, strutting down Gucci’s Cruise 2027 runway in head-to-toe black leather and found the whole moment both charming and entertaining.

“Gisele thought it was fun to watch,” an insider told Naughty But Nice on Tuesday, May 19. “She knows Tom has confidence and charisma, but runway modeling is an actual skill that takes years to master.”

Per the report, the former NFL superstar joined a celebrity-filled lineup in New York that included Kim Kardashian, Mariah Carey, Lindsay Lohan and Cindy Crawford. But while Brady looked undeniably handsome, Shuter pointed out that social media roasted his stiff walk, with critics comparing him to “RoboCop” and the “Tin Man.”

Still, sources told Shuter that Bündchen’s reaction was far more supportive than judgmental. “Her attitude was basically, ‘Good for him for trying,'” the insider explained to Naughty But Nice. “Most men would never have the confidence to walk a major runway in front of the entire fashion industry.”

As In Touch has reported, Bündchen, 45, has been focused on building a quieter life since her divorce from Brady — who also shares son Jack, 18, with actress Bridget Moynahan — in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage. They share two children, son Benjamin, 16, and daughter Vivian, 13. Bündchen married jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente in December 2025. They welcomed a son in February 2025; the couple has not publicly shared the child’s first name.

Per the Naughty But Nice report, friends say Bündchen respects Brady for stepping outside his comfort zone and embracing something completely different after football.

“Tom absolutely has the look for fashion,” another source told Shuter. “But if he wants modeling to become part of his next chapter, he’s definitely going to need more runway practice.”

Per In Touch, Brady has been linked to several high-profile women, including influencer Alix Earle and Scooter Braun‘s ex-wife, Yael Cohen, since he split from Bündchen.
