Bill Klein’s Brothers Assist With Hurricane Harvey Relief Efforts — Plus More on ‘The Little Couple’ Star’s Younger Siblings
The Little Couple made its triumphant return to TLC last night, and the two-hour premiere was filled with drama, laughs — and tears. Bill Klein and his brothers, Thomas and Joseph, returned to Bill’s former home state of Texas to help out in the wake of Hurricane Harvey. He and his wife, Dr. Jen Arnold, recently relocated to Florida, but the reality star couldn’t help but return to his roots during a time of need. Get to know all about Bill’s younger siblings below — who have ample experience assisting with relief efforts.
Tom is a fire chief
On the Season 9 premiere, Tom offered to help his brothers hand out pet food and conduct interviews with victims. Previously, Jen updated fans on Hurricane Irma and wrote in an Instagram post, “We are grateful to be safe and sound up here in the Northwest,” Jen said, joking that she was a “hurricane magnet.” She added, “[The] kids are doing great and now we’re just praying for the safety of our loved ones who are still in central Florida: my aunt and uncle in St. Petersburg and of course Bill’s family on the East Coast. So please keep everybody in Irma’s path in your prayers today.”
Joe is a first responder
Coincidently, Joe is in a similar field as Tom and didn’t think twice about helping those affected by the storm. In a statement at the time, the couple said, “As long-time residents of Houston, we wanted to stand with the city we called home for so many years and do anything we could to help with relief efforts.” They added, “It was a remarkable and humbling experience for Bill and his brothers to spend time on the ground with fellow Houstonians affected by the hurricane and come to the aid of many of our four-legged friends as well. We hope this special inspires others across the country to contribute as much as they can.” Amazing!
They attended Bill and Jen’s vow renewal
In 2014, Bill surprised his wife with a vow renewal ceremony on a beach in Galveston, Texas, surrounded by 50 family and friends — including his brothers! His stepbrothers also made it to the affair.
They approve of Bill and Jen’s relationship
Well, at least Joe does! In 2014, he sent Bill a photo he took of the couple after Bill shaved his head in support of his wife’s cancer battle. “I think Jen made the right choice,” he said. So sweet — we agree!
