Ashley St. Clair Calls Elon Musk a ‘Petulant Man-Child’ After Paternity Drama Over Son

Ashley St. Clair slammed Elon Musk as a “petulant man-child” while claiming the world’s richest man refused to take a paternity test to confirm that her baby boy is his son.

“Elon, we asked you to confirm paternity through a test before our child (who you named) was even born. You refused,” Ashley, 26, wrote to Elon via his social media platform, X, on Monday, March 31.

“And you weren’t sending *me* money, you were sending support for your child that you thought was necessary … until you withdrew most of it to maintain control and punish me for ‘disobedience.’ But you’re really only punishing your son,” she continued.

“It’s ironic that your last effort in court was to try to gag me while you use a social media channel you literally own to distribute derogatory messages about me and our child to the entire world. It’s all about control with you, and everyone can see it,” Ashley claimed, adding, “America needs you to grow up, you petulant man-child.”

One hour earlier, Elon, 53, responded to a video post where Ashley claimed to be selling the Tesla he allegedly gifted her to “make up for the 60 percent cut that Elon made to our son’s child support.”

The South Africa native wrote that he’s open to finding out if he’s the father of Ashley’s son while claiming he’s provided her with significant financial support.

“I don’t know if the child is mine or not but am not against finding out. No court order is needed,” he posted.

The SpaceX mogul said he was supporting the social media commentator financially, adding, “Despite not knowing for sure,” if he’s the father of her son, “I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year.”

On February 14, Ashley released a statement via X claiming that Elon was the father of her child, revealing for the first time that she had become a mother. In the video of her selling her Tesla, Ashley claimed the two had last spoken on February 13, one day prior to her announcement.

“Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father. I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause,” Ashley wrote. “I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting.”

Ashley filed a petition for custody of the child she claimed Elon had fathered on February 21. The little boy was referred to as “R.S.C.” in the documents. User Magazine was the first to report the news.

Ashley alleged that Elon was not present for R.S.C.’s birth in September 2024 and “has met him only three (3) times and has had no involvement in his care and upbringing,” per the outlet.

The New York resident claimed she and Elon began a “romantic relationship in or about May 2023.” She also alleged that they had sexual intercourse in January 2024, which resulted in the conception of R.S.C.

While Ashley claimed that Elon eventually met his son on September 21, 2024, he hasn’t seen him since November 30 that same year, according to the Elephants Are Not Birds author.

While Elon hasn’t publicly responded to Ashley’s lawsuit, her attorney, Karen Rosenthal, told People, “Elon Musk has financially retaliated against his own child and reduced his financial support substantially and unilaterally. He did this after Ashley was forced to bring this matter to court, when he refused to respond to her many private attempts to resolve this matter without publicity,”

“At the same time, he filed an emergency application to gag Ashley and prevent her from communicating about his actions. The judge denied the emergency nature of the application, even though it is still pending,” she continued.

The Tesla founder is the father of 13 children by four different women.

Elon and ex-wife Justine Wilson share twins, Vivian and Griffin, 20, and triplets, Kai, Saxon and Damian, 19. All five of the kids were conceived via in vitro fertilization (IVF).The duo divorced in 2008.

The Neuralink founder shares three children with ex-girlfriend Grimes: son X Æ A-Xii, 4, Exa Dark Sideræl, 3, and Tau Techno Mechanicus, 2. The latter two children were born via surrogate.

Elon secretly welcomed twins Strider and Azure, 3, with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis. The duo added a third child with the birth of daughter Arcadia, 13 months. Shivon announced in February that the pair welcomed a second son, Seldon Lycurgus, but did not give the birthdate.
