Months after revealing her own cancer diagnosis, 90 Day Fiancé star Liz Woods is now raising awareness and sharing important information about ovarian cancer.

The TLC personality, 32, shared an infographic about how ovarian cancer affects the body via her Instagram Stories on Sunday, May 4. The graphic highlighted common symptoms to watch for, including bloating, fatigue, pelvic or abdominal pain, feeling unusually full, frequent urination, changes in the menstrual cycle, constipation or diarrhea, pain during intercourse and back pain.

Although the mom of one didn’t offer further details, she initially shocked fans by casually revealing in December 2024 that she had completed chemotherapy treatment.

“In this last week I was promoted at work, finished my last round of chemo, and accomplished my first run within the last 6 months. Blessed,” Liz captioned a carousel of photos on December 21, 2024.

Days later, the 90 Day Fiancé alum shared side-by-side photos taken a year apart to show off her weight loss journey. The recent photo revealed a major transformation, where Liz was forced to shut down a social media critic who claimed she looked “too skinny.”

“It’s actually perfect thank you very much,” she wrote in response to the troll on December 30, 2024, sharing the DMs via her Instagram Stories. “My body has been through depression, which made me gain an uncontrollable amount of weight, treated me well during my own weight loss journey and then endured 14 rounds of chemo.”

Liz made her reality TV debut in 2021 on season 1 of 90 Day: The Single Life alongside her ex Ed “Big Ed” Brown and remained a part of the franchise until their eventual breakup on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, which aired in 2024. She has been open online about how her body has fluctuated in weight while filming the popular franchise over the years.

Months after her final 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? run in July 2024, she reflected on her weight loss since leaving the show by sharing a photo of herself in a black bikini top alongside a photo of her appearing heavier on the TV series. She captioned the photo, “43 pounds I gained this time last year. I found myself back to me.”

She also revealed to her followers that her new active lifestyle was how she met her new partner, Jayson Zuniga, after her split from Ed, 59. “We actually met at a run. We are very active with each other. We met at an eight-mile run,” the San Diego native told TV Insider in July 2024.

“I was supposed to get married in August [2023], Ed and I separated, and I started dating my boyfriend in October [2023],” she told the outlet. “It happened really fast. I wasn’t looking. I planned on being single. We just hung out and were inseparable. Since then, I truly feel like when I read these sayings of like, someone can give you everything you’ve needed in three months that someone couldn’t in three years, I truly believe that.”
