’90 Day Fiance’ Star Jasmine Pineda Makes Deportation Joke Amid Pregnancy With Baby No. 3

90 Day Fiancé star Jasmine Pineda made a joke about being deported back to Panama as she expects baby No. 3 with her boyfriend, Matthew Branistareanu.

Jasmine, 38, showed off a fortune cookie that read, “An exciting travel opportunity awaits you this month,” in a photo she shared on her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, March 18.

“Deportation?” she wrote as a caption, adding crying and laughing emojis.

Jasmine has lived in the United States since her K-1 visa was approved and she moved from Panama to marry her husband, Gino Palazzolo, in June 2023.

Although it’s unclear how Jasmine’s relationship with Matt, 37, will affect her current living situation, the Panama star is gearing up to give birth to baby No. 3 after announcing her pregnancy last month. The TLC personality confirmed the news more than one month after sources exclusively told In Touch in January that she was expecting her third child and they were “almost certain” Matt, who Jasmine met at a local gym, was the father.

Jasmine is already a mother to sons JC and Juance, who are currently living in Panama with family members due to them not being included in her original visa application filed by Gino, 56.

The former educator gave fans an immigration update the same day she announced her pregnancy, telling fans she would “immediately” return to Panama if her sons’ visa applications were “rejected.”

“I recently got the resources I need to get an immigration lawyer and bring them to America,” Jasmine wrote in a reply to a fan’s Instagram comment. “I won’t live in America anymore. I can’t give any more details besides this because of contractual obligations.”

Jasmine is best known for documenting her long-distance romance with Gino throughout the 90 Day Fiancé franchise. First making their debut in 2021 on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, the pair have made appearances on the shows 90 Day Fiancé, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, and most recently, the couples’ therapy spinoff, 90 Day: The Last Resort.

During the retreat, Gino seemingly agreed to Jasmine’s pleas for an open marriage to address the lack of intimacy in their relationship. The mother of two introduced viewers to Matt for the first time during the season and later arranged a video call between the two men.

“I did put some more thought into it and, you know, I do, you know, I want to go forward with it. This open marriage,” Gino told her during episode 16, which aired on Monday, March 17. “You know, I, I love you very much and I don’t want to lose you. And I feel like I’m on the verge of losing you because you’re always getting angry about, you know, not having intimacy. You’re always mad at me about it. I feel like I need to take action. Like now.”

It’s unclear where Jasmine and Gino currently stand. However, hours after the scene aired where they agreed on an open marriage, Jasmine teased a bromance between Matt and Gino by leaving a sassy comment on Matt’s March 17 Instagram post.

“Matt, Gino said today in the show that you’re [rainbow flag emoji],” she replied under the post. “Not to create drama — just saying what he said.”

Matt replied writing, “I see the way he looks at my butt when I bend over, to pick something up.”

In response, Jasmine joked, “Stay away from my husband. How you dare?!!”

She then shared a screenshot of the exchange on her Instagram Stories and added, “Matt you better behave! [Bald man emoji] is mine!”
