90 Days Jasmine Gives Sons Visas Update After Confirming Baby No 3
90 Day Fiancé star Jasmine Pineda gave a rare update on her two young sons in Panama and revealed she’s headed back to South America if their visa paperwork was “rejected.”
Hours before announcing her pregnancy with baby No. 3, Jasmine, 38, shared a video from her fitness page of her exercising with the baby’s father, Matthew Branistareanu, via Instagram on Tuesday, February 18. “I’ve been very MIA in here and I apologize for it,” she captioned the clip, seemingly alluding to the big milestone. “Life has been challenging lately and I have had so much to deal with … but I’m not a quitter.”
In the comment section, a fan asked about the ongoing visa process for her two young sons, Juance and JC, who she left in Panama to marry Gino Palazzolo in June 2023.
“I recently got the resources I need to get an immigration lawyer and bring them to America,” the 90 Day Fiancé star replied. “The fact that I’m not a citizen (plus they weren’t included in my visa petition) is making things very hard (that plus the current political situation — which might favor or not this kind of process).”
The former educator said she would “immediately” return to Panama if her sons’ visa applications were “rejected.” She continued, “I won’t live in America anymore. I can’t give any more details besides this because of contractual obligations.”
Jasmine previously learned that it could take up to two years for her children’s visas to be approved during a March 2024 episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? At the time, Jasmine threatened to leave Gino, 54, if he didn’t hire an attorney to help expedite the process to bring her children over.

Things seemingly have gotten complicated for the former couple as In Touch exclusively confirmed Jasmine was pregnant with her third child and her long time 90 Day Fiancé love interest was not the father. “Almost certain it’s the Matt guy,” an insider confirmed to In Touch on January 6, alluding to Matthew, who the Panama native met at a Michigan gym.
Jasmine confirmed the news of her pregnancy only one day after first introducing Matt to fans during episode 12 of 90 Day: The Last Resort.
“Hi everyone, I have very special news for you!” Jasmine said joyfully to the camera as she cradled her growing baby bump in an announcement posted by the official TLC Instagram page on Tuesday, February 18. “Let me announce to you that I am pregnant, I am so happy and excited and I cannot wait to meet my beautiful baby.”
During the episode, Jasmine initially told her costars Stacey Silva and Julia Trubkina that she was seriously contemplating an open marriage due to her sexless relationship with Gino.
“I talked to him, and we started working out. And that’s like how we started, it’s like a genuine friendship,” she explained. “I talked to him about my situation with Gino, you know? I do respect him because any other man would have used my vulnerability, ‘Like this girl hasn’t had d–k in what, nine months.’ But he has been very respectful of that.”
Gino and Jasmine were first introduced on season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days in 2021. After Jasmine’s visa to the United States was approved, In Touch exclusively reported in November 2023 that the couple made it down the aisle in June 2023, confirmed by a Wayne County, Michigan, clerk. Their nuptials aired during 90 Day Fiancé season 10 in December 2024, and they continued to navigate their relationship challenges on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 8 and 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2.
