90 Day Fiancé star Gino Palazzolo grilled Jasmine Pineda’s new boyfriend, Matt Branistareanu, about having safe sex before she became pregnant with baby No. 3.

In a teaser clip for the Monday, Mach 24, episode of 90 Day: The Last Resort shared by Entertainment Tonight, Jasmine, 38, and Gino, 56, called Matt so that the two men could discuss their open marriage arrangement. The call began cordially, and Gino asked Matt how he first met Jasmine. “At the gym,” Matt said.

“So, you two have never been intimate with each other yet?” Gino asked, and Matt said that they had not yet crossed that line because she’s married to Gino.

Matt said, “I try not to, you know, do anything like that. To sabotage people’s marriages cause I think it’s wrong.”

After Matt confirmed that he’s currently single, he told Gino that he’s had “quite a few” relationships but has never been married.

The conversation then took a turn as Gino warned Matt about his sex life with Jasmine. “One of the things that Jasmine and I already talked about, like one of the guidelines and such, was, you know, safe sex during the open relationship. Are you willing to agree to that on your end?” he asked.

“Yeah, sure. That’s fine,” Matt responded. “Of course.”

Jasmine chimed in to say that it was a “weird” conversation to be having, though Gino insisted it was “important” to talk about.

Despite Jasmine being uncomfortable with the topic, Gino continued to push the conversation by asking, “You’ll wear a condom if you have sex with Jasmine?”

The clip concluded with Matt agreeing to use protection when he and Jasmine have sex.

The couple spoke to Matt one episode after fans watched Gino agree to have an open marriage with Jasmine. He was initially against the idea, though the Panama native continued to push the concept after complaining about the lack of sex in their marriage.

“It would help, certainly would help. Because otherwise Jasmine, you know, could leave me and cheat on me with someone else. As terrible as an open marriage sounds, this might be the only way to keep Jasmine in my life,” Gino said of why he agreed to the open marriage during the Monday, March 17, episode.

One day after Matt made his debut on 90 Day: The Last Resort, Jasmine confirmed she was pregnant with baby No. 3 and revealed that Matt was the father. “Baby on the way! 90 Day Fiance’s Jasmine confirms she’s expecting with Matt, who she recently introduced on Last Resort,” the official TLC Instagram page announced on February 18.

“Hi everyone, I have very special news for you!” Jasmine said in an accompanying video, which showed her flaunting her baby bump in a white dress. “Let me announce to you that I am pregnant, I am so happy and excited and I cannot wait to meet my beautiful baby.”

Jasmine and Gino – who got married in June 2023 – have no children together, though she is the mother to sons Juance and JC from a previous relationship.
