Tamera Mowry’s ‘The Real’ Co-Hosts Reveal She Had Bronchitis, the Flu, and Viral Pneumonia

Poor Tamera Mowry! The The Real host has been out sick from the show for about a week now, and we’ve finally learned what exactly is ailing her. “I went to go visit [Tamera] yesterday and she wants to let you know, she’s going through it y’all, but she is ok!” said her cohost Loni Love, first reported by OK!. “We took her to the ER, she’s doing fine.” But it was definitely a bumpy road to getting healthy again!

“First she got bronchitis,” the 47-year-old explained, revealing that Tamera should have taken even more time off to heal. “Then it turned into the flu, which ended up turning into viral pneumonia. She just needs to be at home. She [doesn’t] need to be here with me, I got this!” Loni also had the help of regular hosts Jeannie Mai and Adrienne Bailon, plus guest host Yvette Nicole Brown.

Luckily, Tamera seems totally focused on her health right now, and she has tons of support from her cohosts and sister, Tia Mowry. On February 26, Tamera shared a photo of some balloons Tia brought over with the caption, “sissy these made my day, thank you and I love you very much!”

And that’s far from the only way Tia has been helping Tamera out. Tamera also revealed that she drank her sister’s breast milk in a weird attempt to feel better. “Soooo, my sister is desperate for some healing,” Tia wrote, alongside a video of Tamera drinking it. “She’s sicky poo and I sent her an article on how breast milk has healing properties and was okay with drinking my #breastmilk. Ps, she’s had some before and I mean, she’s my twin. Here’s what she had to say.” Believe it or not, she said it was “amazing,” and “the best milk I’ve tried in my life.”

We just hope Tamera feels better asap so she can get back to being the #bosslady we all know and love!
