AcroYoga is all the rage in Hollywood right now.

Everyone, from Lena Dunham to Miley Cyrus, seems to have embraced the exercise trend, which is a hybrid of yoga and acrobatics.

But it wasn’t until we saw this video of Coco Austin and her sister doing it that we really became interested in it! And by "interested in it,” we mean totally memorized by it and completely unable to look away from their hypnotizing, uncomfortably sexual workout.

We think it’s awesome that Mrs. Ice-T, 36, and her younger sister, Kristy are tight!

After all, it’s not everyday you see siblings who are SO CLOSE that they literally look like they are straight up chilling in the womb together…
