‘Teen Mom 2′ Star Briana DeJesus’ Baby Daddy Devoin Austin Was Arrested Again
More baby daddy drama for Briana DeJesus! While the Teen Mom 2 star was getting ready to travel to Los Angeles to make an appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards this weekend, her baby daddy Devoin Austin was getting in trouble with the law — the father of Briana's five-year-old daughter Nova was arrested in Florida on a warrant.
The 25-year-old was arrested on Friday, Aug. 26 in Orange County, FL on a warrant that was issued last year, TMZ reported. The warrant was placed after Devoin failed to show up for his arraignment in 2014 on possession of weed and drug paraphernalia misdemeanor charges. If he had shown up for his arraignment, he would have faced either one year in jail or a $1,000 fine.

Briana, 23, was flying to Los Angeles when she got news of Devoin's arrest and she just reacted by tweeting, "Wow." She doesn't seem to be surprised that Devoin had landed himself behind bars because this isn't his first run-in with the law. Back in 2013, he was charged with burglary, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
Earlier this year, Bri's mother Roxanne DeJesus went to court to file two orders of protection against Devoin after he came over to talk about Nova and an argument between Bri and Devoin escalated — in which he “verbally assaulted” and “threatened” the mother of his child, according to court documents obtained by Radar Online.

“He is very intimidating and after researching him, I see his background of guns, fighting, postings on Facebook, drugs, weapons, and violence. I am in fear for my safety and my family’s," Roxanne alleged. “I am worried and fear that Devoin will cause physical harm to Briana and Nova. I know that he is very capable of physical violence towards me, Briana and Nova. He also has become violent right in front of the baby.”
