Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce House Hunting in NYC for Their First Property: ‘Building One Life’

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are reportedly looking to buy their first place together in the Big Apple.

While the pop star, 36, has her own pad in Manhattan, a source told Rob Shuter in the Friday, July 3 edition of his Naughty But Nice Substack that she and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 36, “don’t want to live in ‘Taylor’s house.'”

“They want a home that represents their marriage,” the source explained. “Every room, every decision, every memory should belong equally to both of them. They’re starting this chapter as partners.”

“Taylor loves her place, but it reflects the life she had before Travis became her husband,” a second source noted. “They want to walk through the front door and feel like they’re entering a home they created together—not one person moving into the other’s world.”

Sources told Shuter that the couple has been touring downtown neighborhoods for the right space.

“This isn’t about buying the most expensive address in New York,” a third insider said. “It’s about finding the place where they’ll celebrate holidays, host friends, raise children, and build a marriage. Every decision is being made together.”

“This is their fresh start,” the insider added. “They’re not building Taylor’s life or Travis’s life anymore. They’re building one life — together.”

The couple has spent a lot of time in NYC throughout their relationship. The pop star and athlete are even having their wedding at Madison Square Garden over the Fourth of July weekend, as In Touch first reported.
