Fans Fear for Puppy’s Safety After Farrah Abraham’s Daughter Shares a Pic With Her New Pet

Happy first day of fourth grade, Sophia! Farrah Abraham‘s daughter took to Instagram to share a pic with her new pup in honor of the big day, but people immediately began criticizing her instead of congratulating her. The nine-year-old was recently blamed by fans for her dog Blue’s death, and now many are concerned for this little one’s safety. 

“Keep that dog away from that evil little girl,” one person wrote on the Aug. 23 pic. “Pls [sic] keep dogs away from her,” another added, and a third chimed in, “Another dog to kill. And her aspirations are bleak.” Watch the video above to see the photo she posted.

In July, Farrah encouraged her daughter to prank a friend by telling her that her dog died, and just two days later, their beloved pet passed away. At the time, many fans were calling the situation “karma,” and there was even a petition going around to try to prevent the mother-daughter duo from getting another one.

“Sophia Abraham had a little dog named Blue and because the dog didn’t wanna go outside, she viciously grabbed his throat and threw him outside and he died as a result,” the petition read. “Sophia and Farrah Abraham do not need to own any more animals and have their horse and current puppy removed from care.” An exact cause of death, however, has not been confirmed, but Farrah released a statement suggesting it was from “stress.”

“Blue and our other Pomeranians have been stressed from construction at our building,” she told Radar Online. “With a collapsing trachea issue we have been treating for two months, stress adds to this. Blue actually went limp once Sophia picked him up, as he was having anxiety again because of construction and didn’t want to go to the bathroom on the balcony.” 

There’s something else, though, regarding the photo above that has fans concerned. Not only does Sophia’s favorite thing to do say “like,” seemingly implying she enjoys “liking” people’s thing’s on social media, but it also says her teacher’s name is Cupcake… which is the name of the dog. “My teacher’s name is Cupcake???” someone said. Another confused commenter wrote, “Her teacher’s name is Cupcake? Lol,” and a third added, “‘MY TEACHER’S NAME IS CUPCAKE’ FARRAH YOU’RE TACKY AF.” Uh, maybe we’re missing the joke here? Here’s to hoping this cute doggo is in good hands.
