How exhilarating! Sister Wives star Meri Brown is going to have some serious skills in the near future because she’s got a wild new hobby — axe throwing. That’s right. The TLC alum shared a photo from her fun-filled outing on May 31, and said the overall experience was a blast.

“Just a little axe throwing, because hey, why not?? This may have to be a new little hobby, I quite enjoyed it,” Meri, 48, captioned the photo tagged at the Backyard Axe Throwing League. In the pic, she held the axe behind her head while preparing to throw it at the target. Some fans immediately suspected that Meri was getting some aggression out. One playfully asked, “Who’s in the bull’s eye?” and the reality star set the record straight, responding, “No one. That’s kinda morbid.”

It looks like Meri is slowly getting adjusted to her life in Arizona, despite her rumored drama with husband, Kody Brown, and sister wives, Christine, Janelle and Robyn. Only one day ago, Meri said that she was starting to dabble in painting again, and she took inspiration from the family pets.

“So I totally didn’t do this on purpose when I painted these guys almost 3 years apart, but Mariah and Audrey love how Mosby and Koda are facing each other on the wall,” she captioned her portraits of the pups. Meri added, “Since moving to Flagstaff I haven’t made the time to just sit and be and create, so it was so good to paint again. I seriously need to make more time for this!”

Kody, 50, and Meri have been trying to work through their differences after weathering her catfishing scandal. “What we’ve had to do is discover our new baseline,” Kody said about their relationship in April during the season reunion. “Every marriage has a baseline, and it gently changes through the years for most people. Well, Meri and I had an abrupt change,” the reality star shared.

“Different culture, different religious values, we might have just [divorced], but we’re fortunate enough to be blessed to be a part of a family that is its own culture,” Kody added. “So we continue to move forward working on that, steadily moving in a direction where we’re just fully mended.”
