Are Reese Witherspoon and Husband Jim Toth Divorcing?

Looks like the Great Divorce Plague of 2015 may be claiming more victims.

According to a new report by Star, Reese Witherspoon and her husband of four years, Jim Toth, have separated — and booze is allegedly to blame for their failed marriage (noting the 45-year-old agent’s 2013 DUI arrest as a possible contributing factor).

The source alleges the duo are sleeping in separate beds, adding that the actress, 39, feels Jim is “not the man that Reese married.”

If the reports are true, the husband and wife — who are parents to three-year-old Tennessee — would have more than just a custody a battle to face.

Reese is allegedly trying to save her marriage because, the source claims, “The thought of splitting their combined $135 million fortune scares her too much to walk away,” adding that she’s too “embarrassed” to get a second divorce (she was previously married to Ryan Phillippe, with whom she has two children, 16-year-old Ava and 12-year-old Deacon)
