Lookin’ Good, Mama! Pregnant Lauren Swanson Rocks a Form-Fitting Dress and Stiletto Heels at Church

Josiah Duggar is one lucky man! A (very pregnant) Lauren Swanson looked radiant in a form-fitting dress and stiletto heels on August 18. The Counting On couple — who likely just left church — shared the photo on their joint Instagram account along with the caption, “Happy Sunday.” 

Naturally, fans came out in droves to gush over the 20-year-old mama. “Lauren is glowing!” one fan wrote, while another agreed, “Pregnancy looks great on you, Lauren.” A third, however, offered up a suggestion. “You need a blog about where you get your clothes with links lol,” they wrote. “Always so cute.” We couldn’t agree more!

Lauren has always been quite the fashionista, but she’s taking risks that were once considered a huge no-no in the famous fam. In 2013, matriarch Michelle Duggar explained why her girls do not wear pants and other ~revealing~ clothing. “Our interpretation [of modesty is] that from the neck down to the knee should be covered. By keeping those private areas covered, there’s not any ‘defrauding’ going on,” she said at the time. “My kids are taught the definition of defrauding as stirring up desires that cannot be righteously fulfilled. We don’t believe in defrauding others by the way we dress.”

Unfortunately for the reality TV mama, her daughters — whom she shares with her husband, Jim Bob Duggar — have been bending the rules quite a bit lately. Not only does Jinger Duggar wear pants on the reg, but Jill and Joy-Anna have rocked the forbidden fashion, too. Gasp! 

Josiah and Lauren announced they were expecting on May 20 after suffering a heartbreaking miscarriage. “We are so excited to announce that baby #2 is on the the way!!!!” they revealed on Instagram. “It’s hard to fully express just how grateful we are for God blessing us again with another precious gift! So, as we rejoice of the life of our second sweet baby, we also remember (balloon as symbolism) our other sweet baby, Asa, in heaven. God is so incredibly good!” We can’t wait to meet their baby girl.
