90 Day Fiancé star Jasmine Pineda experienced another medical scare while shopping recently, and she gave fans some insight into what happened.

“I fell at Walmart while buying adult diapers (last night | dreamed | was entering in labor before due date) and looked where I ended up in real life,” Jasmine, 38, wrote alongside a photo that she shared via Instagram Stories on Friday, March 14.

In the image, fans could see that she was sitting in a wheelchair in what appeared to be a doctor’s office. The Last Resort star later revealed more details about the incident.

“I’m feeling much better right now. It was a very scary moment,” Jasmine began in a series of videos posted to her Instagram Stories. “I don’t wanna concern anyone, so I’m gonna explain what happened. So, after the gym, I decided to go to Walmart because I was like, ‘I am gonna have some sanitary napkins and diapers.’”

The reality star explained that her son, JC, was premature and she was worried that might happen with her current pregnancy. The “pregnancy hormones” caused her to overthink, which resulted in her dreaming about her baby with boyfriend Matthew “Matt” Branistareanu arriving early. Jasmine wondered if the dream “was a sign” that the baby might actually be born ahead of schedule and she wanted to be prepared.

“So, today I started the new doses of my medication and I took it after the gym,” Jasmine continued. “I am at Walmart and I started to feel funny. I started, like, my mouth [was] super dry and then I started to check on my nails. They were so blue and I was like, ‘What is happening?’”

The Panama native added that her “heart started racing” and she found it “weird” because she was “literally just doing nothing.” Jasmine clarified that she wasn’t “walking fast” or doing “anything extra physical,” but the medical event happened quickly.

“The thing is, in a moment, I started to feel my hands and my feet, initially, were super numb and then my legs and I collapsed. I fainted. Like, I fell. I couldn’t even talk,” Jasmine explained. “So, all the symptoms were because of the medication and I’m like, ‘OK.’ I don’t know if it is, like, an unexpected way my body reacted and all that, but baby’s fine. I’m fine.”

She went to the hospital to be cautious where she learned that she had “tachycardia” and underwent an electrocardiogram (ECG). Jasmine remained at the hospital for several hours for observation but she was eventually discharged to go home after the doctors determined it was the medicine that ultimately led to her fainting.

This is Jasmine’s third child, but it’s her first with her new boyfriend, Matt. The two met at her local gym while she was still with her estranged husband, Gino Palazzolo, who fans met during 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5 in 2021. While neither Jasmine nor Gino, 56, have officially confirmed their relationship status, both have alluded to a messy split.
