Watch out Taylor and Leighton, there may be a new Gossip Girl cast member on the music scene — Penn Badgley! The actor was overheard telling friends at the Hennessy Artistry Event at Cipriani's Wall Street in New York that he's working on some tunes of his own. The recent news doesn't seem so surprising, as he expressed his love for music to In Touch at the star-studded concert. "I love good soul music," he said. "I like everything, but soul is really my favorite!" While "You're Love's a Drug" singer Leighton Meester is working on her debut pop album, Taylor Momsen's rock band, The Pretty Reckless, just released a sexy music video for their single, "Make Me Wanna Die."
