Is Patrick Schwarzenegger Jealous of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth’s Reconciliation?
Poor Patrick Schwarzenegger.
Though his relationship with Miley Cyrus was short-lived, the 22-year-old was allegedly well aware that he would never compare to her ex-fiancé Liam Hemsworth, 26 — but that doesn't mean he's not hurt by their rumored reconciliation!

“Patrick is not the least bit surprised Miley and Liam are back together. He always knew she was still in love with him, and that’s partially why he played around. Miley made him out to be the bad guy, but for Patrick, it was painful dating someone who was clearly still in love with her ex,” an insider tells Hollywood Life.
“He’s happy for Miley and Liam, but part of him is kind of hurting over it, too. It’s like confirmation that the whole time Miley was with him, she was thinking about and missing Liam. So for Patrick, it’s a bit of a slap in the face.”
Patrick dated the 23-year-old from December 2014 to April 2015. In Touch revealed earlier this month that she reunited with her Last Song costar and his family in Australia — and almost instantly began fueling engagement rumors after sharing a photo wearing a ring on that finger.

“Many people around her think that this [relationship] is a recipe for disaster. Miley has been doing everything that she can to change her image to fit into what Liam wants her to be,” a source revealed.
“Unfortunately, no one thinks this is going to last, because you can never change who you are to fit what a man wants you to be. Miley has a wild side that is not going to go away. Not anytime soon at least.”
We guess Pat removing himself from the equation was best — but it sounds like her friends might think otherwise!
