In Touch rounded up all of TLC’s new, returning and upcoming shows of 2025.
‘My 600-Lb Life’
A tried-and-true staple on TLC, My 600-Lb Life originally began in 2012 and has been going strong for 13 seasons as it explores the emotional and touching health journeys of individuals who are struggling to make the major life changes necessary to lose a significant amount of weight.
Season 13 started on January 1, 2025, following former EMT first responder Jonathan Colp. The season ended on February 12, 2025, with Pastor Juan Adams, who struggled to stay motivated on Dr. Now’s – full name Younan Nowzaradan – strict program.
‘7 Little Johnstons’
The Johnston family – who describe themselves as “the world’s largest known family of achondroplasia dwarfs” – experienced both the joy of new life and the pain of grief in the latest season of TLC’s hit show 7 Little Johnstons.
Season 15 premiered on January 7, 2025, and the finale aired on March 11, 2025.

‘Baylen Out Loud’
Baylen Dupree gives fans a glimpse into her unique life as a young woman living with Tourette syndrome – including a complex vocal tic known as coprolalia – in Baylen Out Loud. Cheered on by her friends, her family and her boyfriend Colin Dooley, Baylen takes her condition one day at a time with a lot of laughs along the way.
The first episode aired on January 13, 2025, and the first season ended on March 10, 2025.
’90 Day Fiance’
90 Day Fiancé continues to explore the relationships of Americans who found love with someone from another country with season 11 on February 16, 2025.
Fans not only got to see the return of 90 Day Fiancé: Love in Paradise couples Shawn Finch and Alliya Lima and Juan David Daza and Jessica Parsons – it also continued 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way stars Sarper Güven and Shekinah Garner’s love story. Other newcomers include May-December romance Mark Bessette and Mina Mack, as well as the introduction of 90 Day‘s first ever throuple — Matt and Amani Jlassi and Any Aguirre.
‘My 600-Lb Life: Where Are They Now?’
My 600-Lb Life: Where Are They Now? catches up with Dr. Now’s past patients as they continue their weight-loss journeys.
The first episode of season 10 explored the lives of siblings Carlton and Shantel and premiered on February 19, 2025. The season finale on April 16, 2025, checked in on Lucas, who hit a slight road block on his health after previously losing over 200 pounds in one year.

‘The Baldwins’
The Baldwins follows the wild, love-filled and often hectic lives of Alec and Hilaria Baldwin as they parent their seven children – and six pets – together from their penthouse in Greenwich Village to their holiday home in the Hamptons amid the 30 Rock star’s legal troubles.
“We’ve had bad moments, but we found our foundation,” Hilaria said in a trailer for the show. “We’re solid and we’re here together.”
Season 1 premiered on TLC on February 23, 2025. The finale episode aired on April 13, 2025.
‘Big Family, Big City’
On February 25, 2025, TLC aired a one-hour special that follows the de la Mottes, a conservative family of 13 who deal with both cultural and financial struggles after moving from San Diego, California, to Harlem, New York, to be closer to one of their children as they attend college.

‘Jay and Pamela’
Jay and Pamela follows the lives of a young couple who are both 3-foot-4 inches tall and share the same rare bone disorder – osteogenesis imperfecta type 3. Despite having been told neither of them would survive to adulthood, 28-year-old Jay Manuel and 30-year-old Pamela Chavez proved them wrong as they continue to plan their wedding, their move out of Jay’s parents’ house and their whole future together.
The premiere episode aired on March 4, 2025. The season 1 finale aired on April 22, 2025.
‘Take My Tumor’
Perfect for fans of similar hits such as Dr. Pimple Popper and My Feet Are Killing Me, Take My Tumor is a limited series that follows Dr. Jason Cohen, Dr. Ryan F. Osborne and Dr. Kimberly Moore Dalal as they take on some of the most difficult and extreme cases of tumor removal.
The all-new medical reality series premiered on April 3, 2025.
‘Say Yes to the Dress’
Say Yes to the Dress returned after a two-year hiatus – and this season will tackle a wide array of wedding needs, from finding the perfect gown for a non-binary bride to choosing the right dress for a conservative Jewish wedding.
The first episode of season 23 aired on April 5, 2025.
’90 Day Diaries’
The trailer for season 6 of 90 Day Diaries revealed updates on fan-favorite couple Robert Springs and Anny Francisco, mother-son duo Colt and Debbie Johnson and Veronica Rodriguez.
The first episode of Season 6 premiered on April 7.
‘1000-Lb Sisters’
1000-Lb Sisters has taken fans along for the ride on the Slaton sisters’ respective weight loss journeys since January 2020 – and that journey continued on April 15.
On March 25, 2025, a trailer for the next installment of the hit reality series promised it would be a wild one as it hinted family arguments, injuries and legal troubles were in store for the Slatons in season 7.
‘Sister Wives’
Part 2 of Sister Wives season 19 premiered on April 20, 2025 – and the fate of the Brown family’s shared Coyote Pass property in Flagstaff, Arizona, seems to be a major point of contention.
In a sneak peek shared by TLC on March 20, 2025, Meri Brown says she’s “so mad” and threatens to get lawyers “involved” in the division of the property and Kody Brown shouts in a confessional that he’s “not trying” to “rip” her off.

‘Polyfamily’
From Sister Wives to Seeking Brother Husband, TLC has had a long-established interest in nonmonogamous lifestyles – and it continues with its newest venture, Polyfamily, which takes an inside look into the lives of two married couples as they navigate balancing romance and responsibilities as parents raising their children in a quad relationship.
The first episode of the series premiered on April 29, 2025.
’90 Day: Hunt for Love’
The 90 Day Fiancé franchise’s latest spinoff gives eight TLC alums — Jeniffer Tarazona, Tim Malcolm, Tiffany Franco, Chantel Everett, Colt Johnson, Cortney Reardanz, Usman “Sojaboy” Umar and Rob Warne — another chance to find love while on a luxurious getaway in Tulum, Mexico.
The first episode premiered on May 26, 2025.
‘1000-Lb. Roomies’
1000-Lb. Roomies follows “ride-or-die” besties and roommates, Jaz and Nesha, who commit to “kickstart their wellness journey” together and lose weight after one of them is given shocking news about their health.
The first episode is set to premiere on June 3, 2025.
‘Virgins’

TLC’s new show Virgins explores the lives of four romantic “late bloomers” in their 30s and 40s who are ready to dip their toes into romance and intimacy for the first time!
“They’re stepping outside their comfort zones and taking big swings to finally go all the way, emotionally and physically,” TLC announced in April 2025. “From navigating awkward first dates to exploring a bondage class and working with an intimacy partner they’re putting it all on the line in hopes of finally sealing the deal.”
“Virgins isn’t just about sex,” the press release continues. “It’s about embracing vulnerability and pushing past fears where the real climax is confidence, connection and self-love.”
Virgins will premiere on June 9, 2025, on TLC.
‘Match Me Abroad’
Match Me Abroad follows six Americans who are looking for love abroad — and they aren’t afraid to ask for a little help! With the expert assistance of international matchmakers, the singles hope to find their soulmates.
The hit TLC show is officially returning for season 2 on June 22, 2025.
