Miranda Lambert’s Husband Brendan Helps Put Her Shoes on Before Show: ‘Are Your Pants Gonna Rip?’
Marriage looks good on Miranda Lambert! The blonde beauty’s husband, Brendan McLoughlin, helped put her shoes on right before her concert on Sunday, September 29, since her pants were just a little tight. “Pre-show problems!” the 35-year-old captioned a video of herself in a sparkly top decorated with stars and tight black pants on Instagram. “Being pretty ain’t pretty! #TightBritches.”
In the clip, Brendan, 28, said, “I will help you put your boots on if you can grab them.” However, Miranda couldn’t bend over in her outfit. “It’s so far away,” she said while laughing. “Why can’t you grab them?” the NYPD officer asked. “Because it’s tight,” she replied.
The Staten Island native continued to playfully torment his wifey. “Are your pants going to rip?” The “Little Red Wagon” crooner bluntly said, “Yeah, possibly.” The duo couldn’t help but laugh at one another during their time together. Finally, Brendan gave in and adjusted Miranda’s boots. “OK, it’s on,” she said. Success!
It seems like Miranda is happier than ever these days, and it definitely shows! In August, the Texas native performed at the Event Center at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and she couldn’t help but give a sweet shout-out to her man while she was on stage. “I love country music. I live and breathe it,” she said. “Something about country music is usually a sad song. You gotta have them. Sometimes the sad song gets you through a sad time, isn’t that right?”
She continued to gush about Brendan as she held up her hand to show off her gorgeous wedding ring. “Lucky for me, I’m not in a sad time anymore in my life,” she said. “Thank you to my sweet husband from Staten Island, by the way!”
In February, Miranda shocked everyone when she revealed on social media that she was no longer looking for her soulmate. “In honor of Valentine’s Day, I wanted to share some news,” she captioned a photo of herself wearing a wedding gown at the time. “I met the love of my life. And we got hitched! My heart is full. Thank you, Brendan McLoughlin, for loving me for … me. #TheOne.”
Since then, Brendan and Miranda have been spotted all over the country — from Lake Tahoe to New York City to Nashville — and it seems like this relationship is here to stay! Ultimately, the Grammy winner and Brendan are enjoying their time down south. “He loves Tennessee and wouldn’t move back to New York because he’s so happy there,” a source exclusively told In Touch. “He loves the Tennessee lifestyle.”
