The Duggars are stirring up outrage again! Anything the Duggar family does is bound to get a ton of backlash, and that’s exactly what happened to Michelle Duggar. The former 19 Kids and Counting star took to Facebook to share what seemed like an innocent, adorable throwback photo of her kids Joe Duggar and Jinger Duggar playing in the snow together, but mom-shamers quickly slammed Michelle for the way she chose to dress her daughter. Well, it’s safe to say that the Duggar family’s strict dress code was enforced even when their daughters were toddlers! Fans who watched the family’s canceled TLC reality TV series know that Michelle and her husband Jim Bob raised their daughters with strict modesty rules which means that they had to dress feminine but not too revealing in long skirts that go past their knees and being covered all the way up to their necks.
But we wonder how Jim Bob and Michelle feel about their older daughters breaking the rules that they put in place! Now that Jinger and Jill are both married women with families of their own, they’re not living under their parents’ roof anymore so they don’t have to abide by their rules. Since Jinger and Jill only have to answer to their husbands now, they both are taking turns rebelling against the extremely strict way they grew up.

Jinger has always been the wild child of the Duggar fam, so it makes sense that she would be the first to rebel by wearing pants and many fans believe that she is using birth control — which is also a big no-no since it goes against the family’s religion — because she is the only one out of the married Duggar daughters who have yet to get pregnant. Meanwhile, Jill has been spotted recently wearing pants and rocking a nose ring — and we can’t wait to find out which Duggar will be the next one to rebel.
