The late Michael Jackson is being hit with more allegations of child sex abuse as the Cascio family continues to pursue their legal war against the late singer’s companies and estate.
In a sit-down interview with 60 Minutes Australia that was shared on Sunday, May 10, on social media, Dominic Cascio made shocking allegations against the “Thriller” singer, who died at age 50 in 2009.
Dominic — along with his brothers Edward and Aldo and his sister Marie-Nicole Porte — are suing Jackson’s companies and estate, claiming in docs filed at a federal court in Los Angeles that the King of Pop drugged, raped and sexually assaulted each of the plaintiffs.
On 60 Minutes Australia, Dominic claimed that things like shopping sprees and gifts would be “tied” to the alleged sexual assault they endured.
“He would then masturbate me,” Dominic alleged, claiming that led to kissing and oral sex from Jackson.
“He would tell me that this was a special bond that we had,” Dominic said. “He did many things to prove that to me. Some of the things he did was he would drink my urine and tell me, ‘This is how much I love you.'”

At the time, Dominic said he was 12 years old. “I’m a child who’s seeing this man do this, and I guess he really does love me,” he claimed. “I mean, I would never want to drink someone’s urine. So he must really love me.”
“When you were in it, and you were surrounded by his aura — his fandom, his power that he had, and you were thinking that you’re the only person, and you’re his soulmate, and you’re his special friend — that’s how you were brought up,” Dominic’s brother Eddie added.
“You were conditioned to believe that,” Eddie claimed. “We were programmed to be his soldier.”
The family has been tied to Jackson for years and once partook in a televised interview after his death in which they stood behind him and said that nothing improper took place.
However, according to People, the family claimed they faced grooming, manipulation and molestation after the release of the 2019 docuseries Leaving Neverland. They reportedly settled for millions of dollars in 2020, according to TMZ.
The Daily Mail pointed out that the siblings (along with brother Frank Cascio, who The New York Times reported cannot join their suit) had filed a similar case but that a judge ruled it had to be settled by arbitration.
Marty Singer, the lawyer for the Jackson estate, said at the time, “For decades, Frank Cascio and his siblings consistently and repeatedly insisted that Michael Jackson never harmed them or anyone else.”
Singer added that their prior statements “directly contradicts what they are claiming now.”
According to 60 Minutes Australia, the Jackson estate lawyers are now suing the Cascios to try to enforce their silence.
